- All items that you wish to return must be registered through our return portal first.
- All items must be returned in original condition with included original packaging with all tags attached.
- We reserve the right to deduct the refundable amount if the return is incomplete (eg. missing packaging, labels or other related articles)

- Shoes must be tried on a carpet surface until you have decided to keep them, and returned with the shoe box included.
- We don’t accept returns on products marked as "Final sale".
- For Instabox orders (Sweden, Denmark, Norway) - Book a return via the link above. Once done, you will receive a text/email from Instabox asking you if you want to book a return, follow the Instabox instructions and then drop off the package at your chosen Instabox locker.

At STUTTERHEIM, we believe in being transparent and fair with our customers. Due to the increasing costs associated with processing returns, we have had to introduce a fee for returns. However, we want to assure you that this fee is significantly subsidized compared to the actual market price, and we are committed to providing you with the best possible service.

To maintain a sustainable business model and continue offering high-quality products and services, we have implemented a return fee. This fee helps us cover a portion of the actual costs involved in the return process. We appreciate your understanding and support as we strive to provide you with excellent service while managing the logistical challenges of returns.

Products marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns (ROW/USA)

It's a sale where all purchases are deemed final. This means that once an item is bought, returns or exchanges are not accepted. Typically applied to clearance items or end-of-season styles, final sales feature significantly reduced prices.

No. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that have not been sent with the return label provided from the return portal.

If you have returned your order with your own choice of carrier, we will not receive the parcel at our warehouse nor be able to refund your order. Neither will you be compensated if the parcel is lost in transit or for the shipping costs spent.

No, we do not offer exchanges. Instead, the product will have to be returned for a refund and a new order placed. We offer a 14-day return window. The steps for returns are detailed in our shipping and returns terms

Returns can take up to 10 business days to be processed once we have received it. If more than 10 business days have passed, please contact customer service with proof of return, e.g. collection receipt or drop off slip.

Please note that it may take 10 business days for returns to be processed following receipt of the parcel to our warehouse. An email will be sent to you to confirm once your return has been processed.

If you are shopping online as a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

You do not need to give a reason for withdrawing your order. Once the withdrawal has been submitted, you will receive confirmation and instructions on how to return the item.

The item must be returned to us before we can complete the refund. Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
